The SNUGs were developed and are managed so that our members can accelerate value realization and customer success through ongoing engagement, education, and experience sharing. SNUG members include both IT and non- IT professionals
SNUG Meetups are smaller, SNUG member-driven, local events primarily focused on specific discussion areas.

SNUG Meetups allow ServiceNow customers to meet more frequently around topics with common interests and to facilitate additional opportunities to network and collaborate.
