* Thousands of revelers will hit the streets of Downtown DeLand, in search of hula, conga, and crazy tropical hats. Island sounds will get you in the spirit for limbo contests, hula hoop showdowns, kids' activities, and conga lines.
Hat contest judging at 7pm. Create a wacky tropical hat, and enter to win!
