The fire that drives us can also consume us. In this meetup, we will pause to listen to what exhaustion is trying to say—honoring the weight we carry, and explore how to keep our hearts open without burning ourselves out.
The focus will be raising awareness of our sense of self in relation to community. We will begin to untangle the parts of our identity and explore how grounding in self can deepen the intention and meaning in our work .
