ANF Chapter - May Northern Work Weekend 1st Day RT 321 Sugar Bay Trailhead

Join us Saturday, May 30th as we prepare the northern 50 miles for the Allegheny-100 Hiking Challenge. We'll be working on clearing and brushing, along with a few small projects. If you planning on also attending the Sunday, May 31st trailwork day and are interested in camping on Saturday evening, we suggest Red Bridge, Tracy Ridge or Willow Bay Forest Service campgrounds.
Trailwork Date and Time: 10 am on Saturday, May 30
Location: We’ll meet at the RT 321 Sugar Bay Trailhead. The Trailhead is located about 7.5 mi south of Rt 346 and 6.35 mi north of Rt 59 on Rt 321.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather, and bring your own water, food, and work gloves. All tools are provided and no special skills are needed. We encourage people new to trail work to come out and give back to the trail. There will be a job for you and a person to teach you what to do. Remember that “many hands make light work”.
