It's time to add play and flow into your life!
Who is this for?
This group caters to playful, adult hoopers and other flow artists of all levels! If you are new to hula hooping, this is a great way to start your journey. Children are welcome with a responsible HOOPING adult who provides careful "hoopervision" at all times.
Monthly Hoop Events
Our primary event is a monthly Hoop Jam, which is currently taking place in La Colonia Park in Solana Beach, San Diego.
Casual & Fun Environment
This is a great place to meet new friends while playing and having fun outdoors with hula hoops! Bring your friends and family along as we practice hooping, try new tricks, and hang out together. If you don't have your own hoop, a few are available to try out. :)
