Enums All the Way Down: How to Say What You Mean and Mean What You Say.

Scott will talk about metaprogramming and making data structures that can be evaluated at compile time, are still efficient at runtime, and don’t sacrifice abstraction or expressiveness. Specifically we'll look at the benefits scoped enums offer, and there may be a bit of type theory to go along with it!
