Sunrise chaser walk (Bray Head 13km 500m climb)

I am proposing to rerun the Bray Head figure of 8 walk chasing the sunrise.
I will make the route up on the day, but it will likely be: Promenade - Trig point - Windgates - Cross - Bray. The pace will be easy going with plenty of breaks and opportunities to take in the great views.

Date: 20th December
Meet Time: 07:50am (PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME), walk start 08:00 am
It is your own responsibility to organise your transport to the location

Duration: approx 4.5/5 hrs

What you need/Hike advice
• Good footwear with ankle supports, Suitable clothing, Water & Snacks - please bring a packed lunch.
• Please bring a head torch as it will be dark.
• Please review the hike to ensure it is suitable for your fitness level and ensure you have doctors clearance if you have any medical conditions.
There will be one very steep climb to begin with, but nothing that a decent level of fitness could not manage. The pace will be kept leisurely.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A HEAD TORCH 🔦 AS WE WILL BE STARTING THE WALK IN DARKNESS.

We will go to Finbees on the seafront for coffee at the end if people want to.
