North East England is a friendly region which welcomes everyone. Still, we can all feel a bit isolated and homesick moving to new place, no matter how welcoming it is.
This group is intended for Americans who are living in the North East (Tyneside, Wearside, Northumberland, Durham). Maybe you've partnered with a Geordie. Maybe work has brought you here. Whatever the reason if you'd like to know other USA citizens in the area and have the occasional drink or meal together, that's what this group is for.
