Walk on Wednesday - SW County Park

Our days are getting long, so we will be varying our Wednesday walks. Check in each week to see where we will be meeting.
Also, in case of inclement weather, check this site to verify if this is still happening or has been cancelled. i tend to wait until late afternoon to decide as the weather often changes.

Lets get a trail walk in while we still have some daylight on evenings.
SW County Park is located near Perrinville Village and there are trails on both sides of Olympic View Drive.

Trails are dirt and uneven. please wear appropriate footwear.

Depending on how many people sign up i will update parking situation. There is not a lot of parking at the park, so i have had us park near the Postal Office on 76th and walked the quarter of mile or so to the park.

Plan on 2-3 miles, and about an hour to an hour and a half walking tme.

As always, dogs on leash, scoop the poop, unvaccinated humans should wear a mask.
