End of Summer Season Hike and Pot Luck Picnic.

Cost $20/person to pay for the picnic shelter and to chip in for annual Meet up Fees. Paypal or Zelle to: klosacco@msn.com Or cash/check at an upcoming walk. (if you are unable to come to this event, please consider contributing to the meet up fees by chipping in $15 - I am being charged at the end of August to continue hosting this meet up event and fees have doubled in the last year.)

Guests are allowed, but must be paid for. Sorry, no children under 12 years of age.

This event will appear full, put yourself on the waitlist and once you have paid you will be added to the event. No refunds will be issued.

This expansive wetland is located in an urban area. The sensitive wildlife habitat and diverse plant community serves multiple functions of flood control. The network of boardwalks and trails provides excellent opportunities for bird watching and appreciating the ecosystem.

## Boardwalk Trail

The boardwalk trail is an incredible floating trail comprised of more than 150 sections. This 3/4 mile long walking adventure provides a wonderful opportunity to experience the rich diversity of a wetland environment. It is typical to see and hear hundreds of birds and a variety of other wildlife. (We can extend the walk through Mill Creek Town Center and the North Creek Section there if wanted)

Come out for a hike in this beautiful area, and bring a picnic dish to share. We have until 2PM, so bring games if you just want to hang in the picnic area.

Group must clean-up after use.
Charges or ban on further use will be applied if clean-up does not occur.
No straw bales, egg tosses or water balloons.
No amplified music is allowed.
Pets must be on a leash at all times.
