Saturday Morning Walk - University of Washington Cherry Blossoms

Walking in Spring can be unpredictable weatherwise lovely one minute, stormy the next. Normal rainy weather will not cancel an event, but high winds or torrential rain, will cause me to cancel completely or change what we do for safety's sake. Please check in the morning of the event to see what is happening. Arm yourself for seasonal weather swings. Please keep your RSVP up to date - even if you are on the waiting list.
Please familiarize yourself with the posted hike before you sign up so that you know what you are getting into and can come prepared.
Participation will be limited per rules of the trails and comfort level of host, so be courteous and only RSVP if you intend to show up.

Please remember to be kind and respectful to all members of this group as well as other people and dogs you meet along the way. Do not allow your dog go up to other dogs or people without permission from those people and dog owners. Be mindful of your dog’s whereabouts and manage accordingly for the safety and comfort of all.. Please keep your RSVP up to date - even if you are on the waiting list.

Dogs must be leashed and poop scooped. (No bags left behind)

No Children under 12 years old (unless in a stroller or pack).

EASY WALK

Cherry Blossoms are predicted to be in peak bloom early april. let's go have a look. i have started this one hour earlier than normal, anticipating growing crowds.
We will start at Seattle Arboretum and walk to the UW from there. i have mapped out a 5-6 mile loop.
