Conditioning Hill Climbs - Edmonds

The buttons on my pants are getting harder to button. Anybody else having this problem after the holidays. Let's push ourselves a little harder and climb some hills and wittle our waists.

Each Monday in January, lets use the Edmonds Library as our starting point and climb some hills. Do not be intimidated. We will push ourselves but not kill ourselves. We may have different speeds up the hill but once at the top we will wait and regroup for all to arrive before moving on. If fitness is your goal, this is the walk for you. Plan on about 45-60 minute walk time.

Pantera, I try to start right at 4 for this event. We can wait about 5 minutes, but I try to be finished by 5. If you are going to be later than 5 minutes let me know where you are coming from and I can let you know the route I plan to take and where you might be able to pick us up.

I'm coming from Lynnwood. I'll do my best to arrive on time.

We were able to get a good work out in despite the downpour. Thanks for coming and joining me. Dogs are pretty weatherproof and show us how it is done.

Meet in the lot just below the Edmonds Library. There is access from Main st and Dayton. We will leave at 4pm (4:05 at the latest)
Today I plan to climb up Walnut Street to Yost Park, if the weather is not too wet and stormy we will do some trails in Yost and come out on the Main Street side and climb up the remainder of Main St and then head back down.
Pantera, if you arrive late you can pick us up on the corner of Walnut and 9th or in the parking lot of Yost Park.
See you later. Wear shoes appropriate for possible muddy trails in Yost Park.
We have been finishing these walks at about 5PM.
