✨We're inside during the colder months and releasing stress, resetting the mind, and restoring balance to the body! ✨
Excited and honored to have this second location for teaching donation-based yoga inside: Brad's Wrestling Room! This is in addition to our currently scheduled practices at Ocean Park Volunteer Rescue Squad (posted in separate meetups).

📍WHERE: Brad's Wrestling Room (Great Neck Wrestling Club on Google maps) at 2000 Virginia Beach Blvd, VA Beach (by East Coast Appliance)
🧘♂️WHO: Beginners or those with a beginner's mind. No flexibility or experience required. Perfect for every body!
💸COST: Love exchange of $10-$20
(cash on site or Venmo @vibrantwithvic...pay less or more, as you are able)
🎒BRING:
☞Yoga mat or other type of mat to practice on
☞A water bottle to stay hydrated (a bigger one can be used as a prop, too)
☞Layers of clothing (as your temperature might change during your practice)
☞Anything else to support your practice
