Run with Timnath Pub Runners at the Howling Cow Cafe!

We havn't done this in years - possibly since 2017! Until now, as the Morning Fresh run returns this Summer!

Join us for a 4.6-mile loop on beautiful country roads around Howling Cow Cafe in Belvue, followed by coffee/burritos/smoothies/whatever on the cafe patio.

This is a joint event with Timnath Pub Runners and North FoCo Pub Runners. A long-awaited return to the Cow!
