- Why you should invest in Toastmasters.
- Why Toastmasters training so effective.
About the speaker
Advised that his career would go nowhere without the skill of public speaking, Bob joined Toastmasters International almost 30 years ago. The benefits have been incredible.
From someone who detested public speaking, Bob grew to win three UK and Ireland Speech Championships representing them at the World Public Speaking semifinals in America. But the biggest benefits came within his profession as an engineer in the space industry. There he transformed not only his own communication skills, but those are many of his colleagues.
He enjoyed the coaching and development of others so much that he changed his career to become a coach, speaker, and author of the book “Great Technical Speaking, it’s not rocket science”. He gained DTM in 2005 and worked with 1999 world public speaking champion, Craig Valentine to achieve his World Class Speaker Coach certification.
