Taking a break from the typical workouts this week and just having fun tossing a disc around! We'll go through a quick Prepare sequence at the start to make sure everyone stays safe, and then it's pure Play time ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

I have 2 discs I'll bring, feel free to bring whatever else you want to do. We'll take some time to chat about personal goals and growth, fitness endeavors, and how to apply what we've been learning about movement and control to fun athletics like this!
