Join GMB Trainer Steve Goldshein for an hour of Strength & Control work in the park!
It's getting hot out, so be sure to wear sunscreen and bring a towel or blanket if you prefer not to have your hands directly on the ground. Bring water!!
10:00 AM - Prepare
Full-body warmup sequence, checking in with our muscles and joints, taking note of any tight or stiff spots that could benefit from modified versions of moves.
10:25 AM - Practice
Develop fundamental skills with an emphasis on strength and control, moving as slowly as possible with balance and coordination, and building endurance.
10:40 AM - Play
Explore variations and combos of moves to build familiarity and ease of movement.
10:50 AM - Push
Reduce complexity and increase intensity for conditioning and reinforcing essential form cues.
11:00 AM - Ponder
Identify everyone's Favorite Exercise, Most Challenging Exercise, and Exercise They Did Well. Assess any issues or modifications that may need to happen for future sessions.
