Initial Meet and Greet

Hi everyone,

Thank you for joining! For our first event, I would like to keep it low key and just provide some time for everyone to get to know each other. I have set aside two hours for the event, but don't feel obligated to stay the entire time if you have other places to be or the vibe just isn't right for you =).

For our first event, I have chosen Java House in Midtown Carmel. I need to recheck the location to make sure the seating arrangement is conducive for this group. If the meeting limit (10) is reached, send me a note.

Please keep an open mind if topics that make you feel uncomfortable are broached. I don't have any reservations talking about any topic, but let's keep it civil and not be dogmatic with any particular topic. Please be respectful of each other. After all, the main reason for this group and most Meetup groups is to meet new people and join/develop a strong knit community.
