Ultimate Frisbee is a great way to get your cardio while playing a team sport. It’s easy to learn and a lot of fun. Beginners and people who never played before are welcomed!
* This is for beginners so it’s a fun, friendly, not competitive game.
* Expect a lot of running but you can take as much breaks as you need.
* A great workout while meeting new people.
* Be sure to wear comfortable running clothes and bring lots of water.
* This event is for females only, but I will post all gender events in the future.
Ultimate Frisbee is a no-contact game where only passing is allowed. Players on one team pass the frisbee to players on the same team until someone catches the frisbee in the goal zone. Other team’s job is to stop this from happening. If the frisbee falls to the ground, goes out of bound, or is intercepted; the other team gains possession and play continues.
We will practice tossing the frisbee for the first 15 minutes and then play.
