Bowling Night - North Jersey

*** Please take note of the location, day and time changes. We're trying something new! There are a lot of different eateries, a small park area and at least one bar within walking distance of this bowling alley. I'll post an update as we get closer, but I'm thinking it'd be cool to find a place or two -- other than the alley -- to hang before and/or after play. ***

This is an event for casual bowling at Montvale Lanes, 14 W. Grand Ave. All are welcome for about 2 hours of games, food and drinks, and any post- or pre-bowling hang out. Questions or comments? You can message Andy Milone on Meetup, or call/text him at 201-234-9609.

About the group: We're not professionals and we're not in a league. In fact, we're a group of people who probably won't each score more than 100 points and will land more than our fair share of gutter balls. There's no pressure at all!!!! We're not here to analyze your form or technique. These events are just a whole lot of fun, and you see a lot of familiar faces over time. Food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are available on site, plus tables and a bar to hang at during or after the event. There's a dart board and few arcade games, as well.

More event details: You pay for your own games, food and drinks. Please bring cash. THIS ALLEY DOES NOT ACCEPT CARD. But there is an ATM on site. As of now, the cost per player is $18 for bowling for two games and shoes. We settle payment before playing.

We meet inside around the front desk near the entrance. Look for a growing group of people. Call or text Andy Milone at 201-234-9609 if you can't find us.

There's a good chance I'll be able to reserve some lanes ahead of time at this place. But please know it is possible that we have to wait for 15-30 minutes until lane(s) free up. It's certainly possible that we may have to relocate or cancel that night if there's a long wait list upon arrival. Please keep that in mind!

For those who don't have cars or are looking to avoid driving, the Montvale Train Station is only like a five-minute walk from the bowling alley and can be reached via the Pascack Valley Line.
