This group is for absolute beginners who want to learn practical and effective self-defense and martial arts in a safe and supportive environment. No experience necessary - just come as you are.
You’ll learn:
basic fitness to develop your martial arts, escapes and defenses against holds, strikes, and grapples, striking and grappling basics, positioning, awareness, and build confidence.
No uniforms, no belts, no egos. Just solid fundamentals and basics anyone can use.
Please come in fitness or comfortable clothing. Bring water, snacks, and yoga mat if possible. Bring boxing or MMA gloves If you have (optional)
Martial Arts you will be learning from:
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Jeet Kune Do.
Respect is non-negotiable. We’re all students training to learn and protect ourselves and loved ones.
