A Space to Share, Connect, and Support One Another

Separation and divorce can bring a lot of emotions, questions, and life changes. Whether you’re in the early stages of a separation, navigating the divorce process, adjusting to life after divorce, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, you don’t have to go through it alone.

This online gathering is an opportunity for men to come together in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we can share our experiences, speak openly about what we’re going through, and connect with others who may understand what this journey feels like.

This is a space to be heard, not judged. To share, not be fixed. To connect, not feel alone.

During our time together, we’ll create room for open conversation, personal reflection, and mutual support. You’ll have the opportunity to share your story, talk about where you are in your journey, listen to other men’s experiences, and offer or receive support in whatever way feels right for you.

You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to have everything figured out. And you don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing. You’re welcome to simply show up, listen, and be present.

What you can expect:

  • An opportunity to share your experiences, challenges, and emotions.
  • Connection with other men navigating similar life transitions.
  • Mutual encouragement, understanding, and support without judgment.
  • A reminder that even in difficult seasons of life, you don’t have to walk the path alone.

Our shared intention: To create a community where men can show up authentically, support one another, and navigate separation and divorce with greater connection, understanding, and a sense of possibility for what lies ahead.

This is our first gathering, and we’re building this community together, one conversation at a time.
