DAY WALK - HEARTWOOD FOREST - A 9-mile figure of 8 walk starting at Heartwood Forest Car Park. 4.2 miles circular walk before lunch, along the Hertfordshire Way then via Symondshyde Great Wood. 4.9 mile circular walk in the afternoon, through the Heartwood Forest Arboretum, south of Nomansland Common, then back through Heartwood Forest and Langley Wood to the car park.
Please bring a drink and a packed lunch.
