My name is Alexander Fidelman and I am a Certified Clinical & Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. I will teach you a very practical and easy-to-learn system for self-hypnosis to transform your fears, raise self-esteem, build confidence and reach your goals.

I will also facilitate a group hypnosis session which will help you open and align all major energy centers and improve energy flow in your body.

This training will be equally beneficial to the beginners as well as very experienced practitioners of self-hypnosis. In addition to the basics covered in the previous trainings, I will introduce more advanced techniques which will greatly enhance your ability to make desired changes in your life.

You will learn first-hand how to align your conscious mind's plans with the subconscious mechanisms to manifest them in real life. I will also teach you and demonstrate the Focusing and Core Transformation techniques to drastically improve your emotional state and navigate the internal landscape of your subconscious mind.

I will also coach you on advanced visualization techniques and timeline approach in SELF-HYPNOSIS.
