Boston-area RE Investors Networking Brunch!

Ok, here's the plan:
1. Adam (brunch coordinator) will bring paper handouts so that we discuss 4 possible RE investments, just to talk and enjoy some basic REI deal analysis.
2. It's on Sunday, March 17th .. and you should arrive at the location between 11:15am - 11:29am, so that we can all sit together, for BRUNCH .. starting at 11:30am sharp.
3. RSVP is encourage (but not required) .. just text Adam at (978) 228-0058 or email to __ adamchiocca@gmail.com __ ok?
4. Everyone pays for their own breakfast/ brunch .. but to keep it simple, you can either bring cash, or Venmo/ CashApp Adam on that morning .. so that he can easily pay the waitress (including a nice 15% tip).
5. It will be at the "As Good As It Gets" Breakfast Cafe, at 35 Lowell Street, Wilmington, MA 01887.
6. If we have too many people for a big table (like more than 12 people) .. then we can sit at 3-4 different tables, and still discuss the 4 sample RE investments on Adam's REI paper handouts.
