Our Meditation Gatherings are every Wednesday through May, at 7:00 pm in the lovely yoga room at Shantiful, 16674 N 91st St., Suite 102, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 (near the Ice Den).

This free meditation follows the Vipassana tradition with other traditions woven in.
