HOURS: Arrival BEFORE 6:30am so that we can warm up, distribute pinnies and start by 6:40am.

Accommodating people who arrive late tends to disrupt the games as we might have to interrupt the game and split teams again. YOU NEED TO BE ON TIME if you want to play.

Based on feedback from folks at the game today, we are making the following changes to the game, so we can improve the overall experience (start in time).

Game organization:

• When we are ready to distribute the teams, we form a circle.

• Each person is given a number from 1 to 4. (If you have short term memory loss, use your finger to remember your number! :) )

• The number is your team number. Each team gets pinnies of a particular color.

People of all skill levels are welcome!

Not sure of your skills or stamina ? - Here is a great way to improve on those while having lots of fun! :)

Rules/Guidance

• RSVP & On Time only. Only RSVPed & on-time players will be guaranteed a spot. If you are unable to make it after RSVP'ing Yes, please update the RSVP to No at least the day before.

• We are playing for fun and everyone wants to avoid injuries. Use your common sense to avoid playing in a manner that is likely to injure others or yourself. No sliding tackles.

• Allocate some of your time playing defense as well, use that as a time to catch your breath. Always keep running, specially when not in defense. The person who is defending the goal picks the next person if there is not a volunteer (someone who is not running or hasn't played defense yet)

• Call your own faults/fouls. COMMUNICATE: If you think someone is not playing nice/safe, give them clear actionable feedback in a friendly, calm and positive manner. Let's keep it fun and positive!

• Chase the balls you kick out.

• Please put the used pinnies on the table and not on the ground so that they don't have grass/excessive mud. (Be considerate to person who volunteers to wash them all).

Please note that if you are wearing regular running shoes and not soccer cleats, you might slip and cause injury.
