About Me
Hi, I’m Jaime. I’m an alcohol-free coach, runner, and mom, and I created this because I know how hard it can feel to do this on your own.
When I first stopped drinking, one of the biggest things I struggled with was connection. Everything seemed to revolve around alcohol, and it took time to find my footing again.
Now, I help women build confidence, routines, and lives they actually feel good in… without alcohol being part of it.
This meetup is a simple way to start.
Final Note
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just have to show up. So excited to meet you!
