Bike Derry Rail Trail then Potluck & Slakas Music at McGregor Park

Ready for a super fun time?!!! Get out of work a little early, if you can and join the gang for a shorter version of biking the Derry Rail Trail and then a potluck dinner and dancing to the Slakas at McGregor Park in Derry! This is an event not to be missed imo! The Derry bike trail and McGregor Park are very close in distance from each other.

Schedule:

1. Meet at Hood Park and bike from Derry to Windham and/or Salem on the bike trails.
2. Return to cars, then meet at McGregor park with potluck items and have a potluck dinner together.
3. Enjoy the Slakas music/dancing which starts at 7:pm; bonus: the band may have free t-shirts that they throw out into the audience too!

Bring:

• Your bike in working order and helmet.
• Something for the potluck to share (post in comments what you are bringing for the potluck) and your own beverage.
• A blanket or chair for the concert.
• Your dancing shoes! Lol

IMPORTANT: Be sure your bike is in good working order! Tires should be in good shape and pumped up, gears should shift smoothly, and your brakes should be properly adjusted. If possible, pack a spare tube in case of a flat. A hand pump or CO2 inflator is also desireable, though not absolutely necessary, as many riders will already have them.
