We’re a volunteer-run club built on one simple idea: hiking is better with people who know the mountains and know your name.

Most trips explore Cypress, Grouse, and Seymour. In summer, we head farther afield to Garibaldi, Howe Sound Crest, Squamish, and multi-day adventures.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• All hikes are clearly graded so you can pick the right fit
• Small groups, steady pace, and Leave No Trace habits
• Our experienced volunteer leaders know the mountains well — and know how to bring everyone home safely.
• Year-round events across all activity types
• Many of our hikes have group size limits, so please RSVP only if you plan to attend. If your plans change, cancel as soon as possible so someone else can take the spot.

GETTING STARTED IS EASY

• Join an event. It’s free. Browse upcoming trips, pick one that matches your fitness level, and RSVP free.
• Once you're on the Going list, you're in. We'll see you on the trail.
• Waiver. For everyone’s protection, participants sign a waiver at the trailhead before the hike begins.
• Photos & privacy. Don’t tag people in photos without permission.
• Be prepared. Bring the 10 Essentials and choose trips that match your fitness.
• Learn about our values and code of conduct.
• Dogs are not allowed on our hikes.
