Please note the following points before signing up for the event:\*\*
**\- If you sign up\, please show up or change your RSVP to "Not Going" if you can't make it\.**
**\- Please click "Read More" to view all the necessary information about the event\. The event description contains everything you need to know\.**
**\- To be fair and respectful to those on the waitlist\, we have new policies for managing RSVPs\. If the event is full and you don't show up or change your RSVP\, you will face the following consequences:**
**\- The first time\, you get a free pass\.**
**\- The second time\, you will be moved to "Not Going" for the next event\.**
**\- The third time\, you will be moved to "Not Going" for the next two events\.**
**\- Any further times\, you will be moved to "Not Going" for all the events until we have a discussion with you about the repeated violations of our terms\.**

**If it is raining or the forecast is more than 50% chance of rain during this event, then check back here one hour before the meetup to see if the meetup is cancelled.**
