Details

We are a small group walking every third week in the North Solihull area. The walk leader is trained by mental health mates. The walks are designed to be manageable with no high intensity fitness required. We walk in nature in all weathers to provide mutual support, get mild to moderate exercise to promote overall wellbeing.

The walk usually lasts around an hour and we are looking to actively expand this group.
