NEXT RIDES: Sun, June 29 • Sat, July 5 • Sat, July 19! We are riding again! Meetup won't let us show the rides to non-members, so you'll have to join (and it would be great to have you).
This group is all about riding and friendship and just having a good time doing what we love to do. We have rides often to various places but will mostly be canyon riding with very little Fwy routes involved. All bikes are welcome, and we love to have women be part of our membership and riding with us. So if you like cruising along the country roads and staying out of traffic as much as possible, then you will like the rides that we put on. This group has very few rules, just safe riding for you and the other people around you.
We are not a club, but rather a group of friends having fun. There is no patch, no must do meetings, and we are more than happy to have members of other groups join us. We try as much as possible to keep this group as good as we can for all the members.
In that spirit, we ask that you leave your politics stored out of sight in your saddle bag.
* We require proper riding gear when participating on any ride by the member / participant, which shall include; Helmet ( DOT or ECE ), Riding Jacket, Riding Pants , Riding Boots and Gloves, and we highly recommend protective eye-ware. Also, please ride within your skill limits and comfort zone.
*Acceptable gear; may be Jeans ( or similar heavy duty pants ), sturdy over the ankle foot ware. Non Compliance may give reason to be denied attending any ride.
*It is incumbent upon the member to so advise any invitee / guest.

By riding with us, you agree to these terms:
North Valley Riders Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk
READ CAREFULLY – THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
In consideration for being allowed to participate in a motorcycle ride or event (“Activity”) organized in whole or in part by North Valley Riders, you agree as follows:
- Assumption of Risk
I understand that motorcycle riding is an inherently dangerous activity involving significant risk of serious injury, death, or property damage. These risks include but are not limited to road hazards, weather, mechanical failure, negligent driving by others, loss of control, and group riding dynamics. I am voluntarily participating with full knowledge of these risks and assume all responsibility for my participation. - Release of Liability
I fully and forever waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless North Valley Riders, its organizers, leaders, volunteers, ride hosts, agents, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, or damages of any kind, whether known or unknown, that arise from or relate to my participation in any Activity, including claims for negligence. This release includes claims arising from property damage, personal injury, or death. - Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, suits, or demands brought by third parties (including other riders or members of the public) that arise out of or relate to my actions during any Activity, including any claims alleging that I caused injury, damage, or loss. - Competency and Conduct
I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to ride, possess a valid motorcycle license, and carry any legally required insurance. I understand and agree that:- I am solely responsible for deciding whether to continue with the group at any point in the ride.
- I will not exceed my own comfort, skill level, or mechanical readiness.
- I will follow all traffic laws and ride safely at all times.
- If I bring a guest, I am fully responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements of this agreement.
- Medical Treatment and Insurance
I understand that the Released Parties do not provide medical services or insurance. I agree to be solely responsible for any medical costs incurred during or as a result of my participation. - Governing Law and Severability
This agreement shall be governed by California law. If any portion is held invalid, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect. - Binding Agreement
I acknowledge that I have read this waiver in full, understand it, and am signing it voluntarily. This release is binding upon me and my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.
