Lynn Valley Link - Difficulty: Intermediate

Details

About the Hike:

Explore this 14.4 km loop trail near North Vancouver, British Columbia. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 5 h 30 min to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking and running, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The best times to visit this trail are February through November. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

The Lynn Valley Link is an expansive network of trails which travel throughout Lynn Valley while connecting Lynn Canyon with numerous smaller parks. Surroundings vary considerably, with a combination of forested hiking trails, mixed use trails shared with bikes, and long stretches of paved paths over sidewalks or streets. Trailhead parking and indoor washrooms are available at the Karen Magnussen Community Recreation Centre. Please note this map as shown only includes a loop of the trails on the outer perimeter of the Lynn Valley Link. For those wishing to explore the entire trail network, a complete map can be downloaded here: https://lvca.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Final-2019-LV-LINK-Route-Map.pdf less
