The route is flat, well-paved, and designed for safety, with separate paths for cyclists and minimal intersections with cars.
Accessibility: There are many parking spaces in the paved parking lots at the northeast end of the trail at the intersection of Carall and Powell, but it is unclear if any of them have designated accessible spaces or striped access aisles. The trail surface is paved (sidewalk, brick, or asphalt) and typically 1 - 2 meters wide.
