Potluck Gathering for Our Loyal Hikers
This special potluck is for our dedicated hikers who regularly join and contribute to the great vibes of our group. It’s a chance to relax, connect, and celebrate our shared adventures!

To stay organized, we’ve prepared a shared sheet where everyone can write down what food or drink they’ll be bringing. This way, we can make sure we have a good mix and no overlaps.

We’ll enjoy delicious food, meaningful connections, and fun moments together. Also, if anyone can bring a speaker or music device, please let us know—we’d love to have some tunes in the background!

Special Event Requirements:
Members that are responsible and show up to events, and want to take part in these special events are encouraged to sign up, but due to special events averaging a higher then usual number of no-shows and expenses, we have additional requirements below.

*Organizer Guidelines - Recommendations for Attendees:
Hard & Very Hard Hikes: Based on Past Hiking Experience
Movies: 4 Events prior with us, e-Transfer cost of admission to the Organizer
Lunches and Dinners: 4 Events prior with us
Day Travel Events/Hot Springs: 6 Events prior with us
Overnight Travel Events: 6-8 Events prior with us
