Details
At various points during the night hike, we will be switching between white lights, red lights, and viewing the stars in the dark. Your headlamp must have a red light mode in order to join. Make sure to bring extra layers and gloves since it gets cold at night. We have a backup hike planned if we encounter any issues along the way. You should check to see if your ride share account works ahead of time, and have the number of at least two North Vancouver taxi providers as a backup since night hikes don't always have transit after 12pm :D
The Norvan Falls Trail is a scenic and well-marked route that winds through lush forest, following the course of a river for much of the journey. With mostly flat terrain and a few gentle inclines, it's an excellent option for those looking to explore the diverse ecosystems of the mainland. Deep into the hike, a short incline and a few switchbacks lead to the breathtaking Norvan Falls.
