About the Hike

This is a fantastic trail that’s easy to follow, making it suitable for a wide range of hikers. The first half winds gently through a peaceful, forested area, offering a calm and shaded start to your adventure.

About halfway along, you’ll reach Starvation Lake—a perfect spot to pause, relax, and even take a refreshing swim if the weather allows. From this point onward, the scenery becomes even more striking. With every turn, you’ll be greeted by stunning new views, each more beautiful than the last.

Continuing all the way to the end of the trail is absolutely worthwhile. The trail concludes at the Sea to Sky Highway. While the highway can be busy and noisy, don’t let that distract you—just turn your gaze to the surrounding mountains and soak in the sweeping, breathtaking landscape. It’s a rewarding finish to a trail filled with natural beauty.
