Whistler~ Rohr Lake via Marriot Basin Trail: Intermediate

The walk in is a good warm-up. It's a beautiful forest trail with lots of mud, downed trees, and creek crossings. The mud is one of the major obstacles of this hike, so it is recommended to be equipped with good water-resistant hiking boots. Later on there is a short minor scramble up a boulder field which culminates in gorgeous views of Rohr Lake and the surrounding scenery.

• Waterproof jacket: A waterproof and breathable outer layer for rainy days.
• Hat and gloves: For colder weather, choose hats and gloves that are warm and breathable.
• Backpack or bag: A comfortable bag to carry essentials like water, snacks, and extra layers.
