Details

This is a lovely and peaceful forested trail. It can be icy until late in the spring. To the west of the Pinecrest Bridge, you will find the entry point for this interpretive nature walk at the top of Pinecrest Drive. It is easy to find and marked with a sign for “Lawson Creek Forestry Heritage Walk.” Along the way, you will pass the remains of Shields Log Dam and Flume Pond.
