• Capacity: Maximum 20 participants.

• Attendance is confirmed only upon full payment.
• By clicking “Attend” or confirming participation, you agree to immediately submit payment via cash or e-transfer.
• No payment = no reservation.
• All sales are final.
• Refunds are issued only if the event is cancelled by the organizer due to unsafe weather conditions or gondola closure.

This event includes, but is not limited to:
• Travel on the Sea to Sky Highway
• Gondola transportation
• Outdoor mountain environment
• Short hike on uneven terrain
• Alcohol consumption
• Changing weather conditions
You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks including injury, accident, illness, property damage, or death.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizer, hosts, affiliates, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Accidents
• Theft or loss of belongings
• Weather-related incidents
• Transportation-related incidents
• Alcohol-related incidents
This release applies whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

• Alcohol (beer) may be available during the event.
• You agree to consume alcohol responsibly.
• Any participant who becomes intoxicated, disruptive, aggressive, unsafe, or endangers others may be removed immediately without refund.
You are fully responsible for your own alcohol consumption and its consequences.

Driving under the influence is illegal and dangerous.
If you consume alcohol:
• You agree not to operate a vehicle while impaired.
• You are solely responsible for arranging safe transportation.
If you choose to drive after drinking:

• The organizer assumes zero liability for any accident, injury, damage, or legal consequences resulting from your decision.

Participants who choose to drive:
• Are fully responsible for their vehicle’s condition.
• Must ensure their vehicle is roadworthy and properly maintained.
• Must have reliable, season-appropriate tires suitable for Sea to Sky highway conditions.
• Accept full responsibility for road conditions, weather, mechanical failure, accidents, or delays.
The organizer bears no responsibility for:
• Vehicle damage
• Breakdowns
• Towing costs
• Road accidents
• Weather-related driving incidents

- Physical Fitness & Health
You confirm that:
• You are physically capable of participating in light hiking and mountain activities.
• You have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.
• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

The event operates rain or shine.
However, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to:
• Unsafe weather
• Dangerous road conditions
• Gondola closure
• Any condition deemed unsafe
If cancelled by the organizer, a refund or credit will be issued.
