About the Hike:
The Grouse Grind is one of Vancouver’s most iconic trails which takes hikers up the face of Grouse Mountain, sometimes referred to as Mother Nature's Stairmaster. This hike takes most people 1.5 to 2 hours and is great training.

Unlike our other hikes, we will all go at our own pace and meet at the cafe at the end for coffee and snacks. Please carry a phone and check in with the host at the Cafe when you finish or send the host a DM so we know that you finished.
At the end of the hike, we will take the gondola down ($20 if purchased online).
Downhill hiking is not allowed on the Grouse Grind. Those who do not wish to take the gondola may descend on BCMC Trail.

All attendees will be required to sign the waiver.

*Before pressing attend please be certain you'll attend. In the case of 3 "No-Shows" or 3 "Not Going", attendees may be removed from the group. For the same reason, please exercise common sense and common courtesy when using Event Chat
