Saint Mark's Summit: Intermediate
Details
Saint Marks Summit is a very popular destination, with breathtaking views from the final summit. This route follows the Howe Sound Crest Trail and the first half consists mostly of gravel paths. Shortly after passing Christmas Gully, the path transitions to a more typical hiking trail with a mix of softer soil, rocks, and roots. The elevation increases consistently throughout the hike. There are no technical sections, and the trail is well-maintained to accommodate the consistently heavy traffic.
