World Tai Chi and Qigong Day

This is an invitation to attend our 7th annual WTCQD. We have a full programme of tai chi and qigong sessions for you to try, delivered by qualified instructors. No experience is required and please bring along friends and family who may also be interested.

In addition, this year we are pleased to also have ATTIC Teas joining us. You will have the opportunity to sample a range of Chinese teas and to buy anything that takes your fancy.
