This is the first session of the Developing Gen AI Strategies for Success in the Modern Workforce (with Salesforce Mentors) program. Generously supported by RBC, it is a free, online, mentor-guided series running from June 9 to July 16, 2025. Sessions take place Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:00–9:00 PM ET.

### About the Program

Curious about how Generative AI is transforming business—and how you can get in on the action? This free, short-term Career Experience Program is your chance to build hands-on experience solving real-world challenges using Salesforce’s AI-powered tools.

You'll work with a team to design and propose a Generative AI Agent that addresses a business challenge in sales or customer service—mentored by professionals from Salesforce.

Over six weeks, you’ll:

  • Collaborate on a realistic, domain-based project
  • Learn from industry mentors at Salesforce
  • Develop skills in AI integration, CRM strategy, and solution design
  • Showcase your proposed solution in the program’s final presentation
  • Earn a Certificate, LinkedIn-compatible Digital Badge, and access to RBC-led career workshops

### Who It’s For

  • Asian-identifying students ages 18–25
  • Currently enrolled in a Canadian university or college (undergraduate level)
