## Kimchi Making Workshop — Kimjang Season Special
Hosted by our ND Team (Christina Holmquist & Jeena Park) + Esther Yoo (R.Ac., R.T.C.M.P.).
In Korea, Kimjang traditionally takes place late November to early December — the perfect time for preparing kimchi for winter.
