Welcome to the Mind Body Synergy Circle, a safe, inclusive, and heart-centred space for anyone seeking healing, connection, and inner peace, whether from daily stress, emotional overwhelm, or past trauma.

This group is dedicated to supporting your well-being through Holistic and Creative Practices such as:

🎨 Expressive art and therapeutic mark-making
📖 Journaling and creative writing circles

~ A welcoming, non-judgmental environment where your voice, story, and emotions are honoured

~ Creative, somatic-based sessions that integrate mind, body, and heart to support healing and self-expression

~ Opportunities for private and semi-private sessions, including therapeutic art for individuals, dyads (e.g. parent-child, partners), and small groups

~ All practices are guided by a trauma-informed approach rooted in empathy, consent, and choice
