The Flexibility Series:
Do you have locked up hips? Tight hamstrings? A stiff lower back? If so, the Science of Stretching can help.
The Science of Stretching is a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body.
No experience required, super stiff people are always welcome. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
These classes will take place 3 times per week - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Monday - Happy Back
- Wednesdays - Happy Hips
- Friday - Hamstrings Freedom
To gain the best results it is best to attend all three classes.
IMPORTANT: This class involves holding poses for a longer period of time than a typical yoga class. Please check with your physician if this class is suitable for you.
For the summer, classes will be held outside. In case of rain, we will switch to online with Zoom. Cash or email transfer accepted at yanaandyoga@gmail.com. In the case of rainy weather, payments will need to be etrasnferred at least 10 mins prior to class in order to receive the Zoom link.
