The Flexibility Series - Happy Hips.
Do you have locked up hips? Tight hamstrings? A stiff lower back? If so, the Science of Stretching can help.
The Science of Stretching is a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body. We will be combining poses with specific breath technique that will empower us to hold poses for a lengthy period of time.
No experience required, super stiff people are always welcome. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
These classes will take place 3 times per week - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Monday - Happy Back
- Wednesdays - Happy Hips
- Friday - Hamstrings Freedom
To gain the best results it is best to attend all three classes.
Please bring: a mat, if yo have blocks, and strap/stretching belt.
IMPORTANT: This class involves holding poses for a longer period of time than a typical yoga class. Please check with your physician if this class is suitable for you.
For the summer, classes will be held outside. In case of rain, we will switch to online with Zoom. We accept cash or email transfer. In the case of rainy weather, payments will need to be etrasnferred at least 10 mins prior to class in order to receive the Zoom link.
This is a donation based yoga class, with $10 minimum.
