The Experience:
We spend the first 5 minutes on a 'Mental Decant.' This is a proprietary, non-verbal clearing ritual designed to pour out the 'mental sediment' and morning noise that keeps you from being present.
Once your mind is clear, we move into 25 minutes of targeted yoga flow to wring out physical tension and regulate your nervous system.

The Goal:
Move from reaction to regulation. You won't just leave feeling 'nice'—you'll leave feeling sharp, balanced, and ready for a deep-work block.
